I'm asking about the Celeb ☆

Hi everyone! As you know, I've only been playing for a few days, and sometimes I ask questions that might seem obvious or even silly, but I like to know how things work. Today I want to ask about the Celeb event. I can participate now, but it says "enter the draw." If you sign up, you don't automatically enter; it's through a draw? How often is there an edition? Can you vote to kick anyone you want from the game? I don't know, so please tell me things I should know or any interesting facts. Thanks so much in advance! <3
