A solo trip to Massachusetts girl pick a better destination????
I’ve done Indiana to NYC a few times and Indiana to Myrtle Beach, SC once. Both are about 13 hour trips. I just make sure I have plenty of caffeine and good music. If I get super tired, I try and find a decent hotel to stay at for the night. Just take your time
Idk if I could do it alone, but I just drove from Texas up to Michigan straight through last month
I drove from Nashville to Phoenix awhile back in a little over 2 days with 1 hotel stay and a 2 hr nap at a Walmart. Listening to audiobooks that intrigued me helped tremendously.
I did Texas to New Jersey - 24 hour drive. I stopped 12 hours in at Nashville for a night and continued. Not a terrible drive TBH.
Omg my anxiety would be freaking out that I’d break down stranded and someone pulls up and will act like their gonna help and kill me 😭
Thumper91 well Thumper this doesn't help me at all actually!
shrimp LOL I’m sorry I actually thought about that after I posted 😭 but I feel that when I take a 6 hour trip 😭
not solo but been on one across the country!
TheWoman do you feel like the map time was accurate vs. what it actually ended up taking? or were you doing it like scenic/making stops etc
shrimp i didnt do any of the planning but we stopped in the majority of the states and saw stuff and covered all of them within 3ish months. except alaska and hawaii ofc
