Needles they give me such bad anxiety. Like I know that it never actually hurts as much as my brain thinks it will but it freaks me out. I’ve literally passed out after having shots and getting blood drawn before

I used to be the same, specifically with blood draws. After like 6 TB gold tests in the last 8 or so years, I do not care anymore.
I don't mind the needle, but I can't stand the site of my own blood coming out of my arm, so I always look away. I can tell the second the blood starts draining into the tube though I get clammy and light headed. Never fun. Hope all is well with you though!

I use to be nervous everytime myself i still get like nervous I can’t watch or my reflex will be to pull away but like I’ve had nurses think my reaction is funny 😭
