but man, these minigames and the skill gap between newer players and people who have been around is insane and pretty discouraging.

Keep practicing! I was such a nuke when I first started. If there are any specific games you need help with, reach out to me! I'll give you the best strats I have found
Nick yeah i mean ive been running arenas when i have time but for the site's growth i think there needs to be less minigame-centered gametimes. a lot of people are going to give up, just unfortunate.
I would just keep practicing with Arena! Try the mode “Golden Star”
