The Brazilian Kovaze council will meet. We will hold a vote on the fate of Vitor and BRAT in the Brazilian groups due to the offenses directed at BIGBRYY99 and other Spaniards. In the end, we will choose whether the person will be considered merely a Degraded/exiled person OR WILL FACE VIRTUAL DECAPITATION.
