I'm probably gonna get cancelled over this, but I really don't like the mindset "AGREE WITH US, PRETEND TO AGREE WITH US, OR LEAVE."
I'm sorry most of you guys want to live in a echo chamber, I want to live in a world where nobodies afraid to be themselves.
If someone's opinion is going to make someone kill themselves then that person needs to be checked into a mental hospital.
Democrats aren't any better than Republicans and Vice Versa, I know it's hard to believe but it's literally 2 wings of the same disgusting beast. Stop letting them divide and conquer.
I know I don't speak for the majority of this community, but the LGBTQ+ is ALL ABOUT DIVERSITY, I know it's hard, but I think we should do our best to treat others how you want to be treated.

I refuse to engage in discourse with internet trolls about whether my friends deserve to exist or not. You either with us or against us. There is no middle ground. Question: are you part of the LGBTQ+ community?
Nick Id consider myself an ally, but I don't prescribe to the "either you're with us or against us" mentality. Although it's your right to engage with whoever you want, I don't think a gay person should be exiled just because they refuse to bend the knee and pretend to agree with trans ideology. It's a slippery slope. Question: how old should a person have to be before they can get a tattoo or choose whether or not to consume drugs or alcohol?
DanceMonkey respectfully, you're not an ally if you don't support Trans people and don't stand up for them at every opportunity you can. Also, this is not your community to speak for. Allies should be seen, not heard. Let US talk about the issues within our community and have our enemies. If he is gay and a transphobe, he is not a part of our community. Liking dick does not make him part of our community. It makes him gay. We don't want him to pretend. If he genuinely believes Trans people should not exist, then I rather he be loud and proud about it. He has a right to his wrong opinion, not a right to be absolved of all consequences that come with voicing that opinion. I don't understand the relevancy of the question. But I think the legal age limits are set for a reason. But at rhe end of the day it is their bodies to do with what they please. Rules/laws have never stopped society from doing what they want.
Nick respectfully, I support Trans people, but not more than I respect the rights of children and I think that's where the disconnect comes. I don't think it's right to feed another member to the wolves just because they're not 100% on board. It seems to me like you want some people to be allowed to be themselves, but for other types of people, you don't think they should be allowed to be themselves. In the same way Gay and Trans people shouldn't be denied access to goods and services, I don't think transphobes should be refused access to this community, although the final decision is ultimately up to Sin. I understand the temptation to fight fire with fire, but I truly think the way to go here is to fight fire with love. My ultimate point is, EVERYONE should be allowed to be themselves even if it's ugly. I'd rather know I'm playing with a transphobe than possibly 10 transphobes that are too scared to let their true thoughts be known.

Nick yes, I think nazis and racists should be allowed to be themselves. I draw the line when it comes to pedophilia. Lock them up. Although I will acknowledge there is a lot of propaganda from both sides, the thousands of trans children running around isn't propaganda. Anyone who would allow someone 16 or younger to make a permanent and irreversible decision to their bodies in my opinion is in the same boat as the pedophiles and that's where the slippery slope comes in, because a good chunk of trans people have been propagandized into thinking it's acceptable to target and to try and influence kids, not only into accepting the ideology but participating in it. and then you have the assholes that will personally attack and dox people who were victimized as kids and have the gall to speak out about their experience, because it makes the community look bad. I am sorry, but those facts just don't sit right with me. Taking away someone's right to have children before they can even remotely grasp what that even means or whether it's something they might want in the future.

Nick As long as they stay within the bounds of the law, I genuinely don't see why not. You can withdraw from the conversation if you'd like, but you hit the nail on the head by saying they weren't born this way, they were taught it. I prefer to hate the sickness and not those infected by it. Nothing but love and I'm sorry we don't see eye to eye but I appreciate your perspective and wish you well.
I'm not okay with them being nazis, but if that's how they feel, I'd rather them be themselves than to pretend to be Saint Teresa.
