🌲ROUND 27 - 06:35h🌲 Why is the rain black? Game Event: Black Rain __________________________________________ As Elara Voss steps out of the Deep Woods, she immediately realizes that the black rain has stopped. Elara Voss: Interesting... no rain here? But it continues to rain in the forest? But how is that possible? Ahead of her stretches the Static Field—a vast clearing filled with towering transmission towers and endless power lines vanishing into the distance beneath the dark morning sky. Behind her, black rain continues to pour from the clouds onto the forest. Only a low static hum fills the air as sparks dance across the endless power lines. For the first time in hours, Elara allows herself a small smile. Elara Voss: I think I finally found the way out. Strange bursts of static flicker across the ground and between the transmission towers, appearing and disappearing in an instant. A chain-link fence surrounds part of the Static Field. An Exit Gate stands open.
