I loved the era just before shops came out, where you had to get your design from auctions, so every design was unique and different for the most part and one of a kind. Giving people iconic looks and I could still probably recognize many by their 2009/2010 avatar sadly. It was also.a status thing, which kind of followed your evolution from a newbie to a star. And because of the lack of designs, you had to be really creative to stand out. That backwards cap was iconic but I never got to own one.
This was amazing back in the day, like we thought this was so amazing to have designs like this.
