Maybe I'm spewing randon shit
But I am joined this website as it gave the facade of being like tengaged. Tengaged had sweet moments where the games weren't stress-inducing and didn't make me feel like a total noob. But frankly, I barely played games as I mostly played group games and that is where my community came from. Coming back to a website like this years later (almost 10) is weird because I don't know anyone, and seeing people win games because they bring their friends to the end is odd because how can newbies make friends if they know no one? I just want to have fun and enjoy games, but how can one enjoy games when you're constantly pitted against alliances and premades? And that is why I do not want to play arena or race, because if you have bad scores, you will get clowned on and made fun of. I understand it is not this deep and I am making a mountain out of a mole hill, but I do not understand social cues or social dynamics well (that is my fault, no one elses).
I just wish there was a way for new people to thrive (not be pitied) in this environment when premade relationships have already been made.
Again, I know I am spewing a coke rant, but I hope I do not get negged.

when I first joined the website I knew almost nobody at all as the community was brand new, but over the past 2 months or so I've met some amazing people. it kinda just happens naturally as you play games with people. royale is a huge game to help make connections or friends in my experience since if you want to make it to endgame you talk to people, and 95% of people are open to talk and work together so it's chill

I plussed after our conversation. I do think Sin is trying to incorporate a new game mode that is very friendly to new players and to meeting new players. Moreso by the fact it doesn't encourage premade friendships and people have to be very social. I'm guessing it won't be *heavily* challenged based either so no one should make fun of your scores. Most people aren't good at the games when they start though, it's expected when you're newer to the site to be a bit rough around the games, regardless if they were on Tengaged or not.
Connor Not when you previously played tg like a lot of the high ranked players. I know some of these peoples old users and they were in the hOF on tengaged.
Zach I was never on Tengaged. I had to integrate myself on the site by making friends and a lot of people have had to do the same. If you were on Tengaged, there will hopefully be a few people that you know but you'll meet plenty of people that weren't on Tengaged! :)
