Jaded girl i was on that call and I understand your point but I don't understand how screaming at them nonstop is constructive and how they are supposed to take away anything from that other than 'you fucking suck' like. They have never done this before, there needs to be a level of patience and you are a grown ass man.
It is the way those treat others in the situation is the issue. You can state your concerns, but if your rhetoric is very distasteful, then yes, it might get fixed, but it will have after-effects later on, aka we may not get anything again. You can care loudly in an appropriate way.
