The website rules have been updated on our profile, with further updates to come. We want to specifically highlight that allegations of illegal or criminal behaviour, whether directed at active or banned users, are not permitted on the public forums of the site. This website is in full compliance with the Australian defamation law, including the Defamation Act 2005, where publishing unverified allegations can carry serious legal consequences for both the individual posting them and the platform hosting them. 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘄. We do not have access to moderation data from external platforms and do not make formal determinations regarding a user’s identity. The individual is welcome to verify their identity privately with administration. Any public posts or blogs (including the official discord) relating to this matter will be removed. If you have concerns of this nature, they must be reported directly to administration so they can be handled appropriately and, where necessary, referred to the relevant authorities.
