there should be a shops cooldown if u dont move on... whats the meaning of moving on if someone can just bid again on the shop and keep it opened

i post for 600-700 koinz cus i am find rebidding and getting another shop for 3000 koinz. if thats taken away prices will REALLY sky rocket for "competition"
