With how fast these games go, it makes sense to have a 1-2 game timeout period before you can put another raffle ticket in, helps people who keep trying to raffle in get an opportunity to play. I haven't bothered putting in raffle tickets because every game is the same group of people playing game after game. And I know the same thing happened in HG where each cycle was the same people, but at least make it so it's not the same people every game (E.G., lower your chances of raffling in based off how many consecutive games you've played, or if you haven't played in X amount of games you should get X amount of more raffle tickets to play).
