I am feeling down
... can someone say something nice to me? Living alone I don't really have anyone to turn to for support or even a small little compliment right now.

I’m really glad you said that out loud, that takes courage. And even if it doesn’t feel like it right now, you’re not as alone as your situation is making you feel. You matter, and your presence has value: even on quiet days when no one’s around to say it. Also, for what it’s worth: the way you express yourself is thoughtful and honest, and that’s something a lot of people struggle with. That counts. This phase won’t last forever. In the meantime, you don’t have to go through it silently - we are here to listen whenever you need
