i live in downtown (ish)

and every fucking hour of the day all ican sear is the trucks and motors and shit's motors and its genuinely so fucking annoying, my sleep quality has decreased so much since i moved here, what's crazy is that in my old appt i didnt have this problem, the door to the balcony (which btw is a genuinely useless fucking feature that balcony fits nothing but the air conditioning thing) is like not TRULY shut thight so it created like a wind tunnel effect it just fucking sucks anyone know if they sell sound reducing foam or smth at homedepot lmao
