bigbryy99 and i rlly went from arguing on the blogs page and in mails, calling each other names and lots of yelling to… speaking calmly, clearing the air and WE SAVED EACH OTHER IN ARENA EVEN!! and thats how easy it is to solve an argument- instead of holding grudges, always try to clear the air and be open to new connections nods

insecure people will always reflect their behaviours onto you. they’re big pick me’s? they gonna tell you that you’re a pick me. they’re being crazy? they gonna tell you you’re crazy. they’re being rude, controlling, toxic or whatever? they gonna try n make you believe it’s you and not them. when confronted with said behaviour, they’ll still try to gaslight u into saying you’re turning it back around on them or that everything is in your head and ur overthinking. ladies n gentleman, it’s very important that you RUNNNN as far away as possible from these people, they’ll suck the energy out of you and drain you so they can feel powerful.

today i received my new water bottle, my new rvs bottle, matcha proteine bars, proteine powders, meal replacements and other suplements to be healthier:) i’m also following a calorie deficit diet n idk it’s time i’m taking control again and i’m so ready to grow and be the healthiest version of myself that i can be<3 i went on a 30 minute run too and i’m gonna do pilates somewhere tonight as well. i’m feeling super motivated and i just rlly think i got this. my summer body is in the making starting today!!! hot girl summer is nottt ready for me xoxo if anyone has some gooood low calory high proteine recipes lmk! def in need of some good ones:)
