Hello Kovazia, 2026 brings meaningful changes to Kovaze, including the upcoming release of the most ambitious Reality TV–style format to date. This will bring the advent of a rapidly growing user base to our small community. We are preparing to purchase social media ads in the first half of 2026, which will also welcome a group of users who have not been on the previous sites, or may not even be familiar with ORGs. Soon, you will be considered part of the early-age users that founded Kovaze, subsequent to the soft launch. Being a small community is a strength. It allows us to be able to shape our community in the way we like, and who is allowed into our world. As you may have noticed, there was a recent ban-wave of cheaters. 11 users were banned to signal that the Kovaze Charter, which was established as a community, will be the standard as to who we allow onto this platform. On a more personal note - I am actively reading the bugs and suggestions channels on Discord and I want to apologise for the delay. Lately, there's been an increase in Ko-mergencies, including the cheating scandal that caused me to focus my time on anti-cheat tools for the mods. I'm not here to give excuses though, there's a lot of things I can do better. I acknowledge that the owners of the previous sites are a lot more experienced than I am, but I'm more than dedicated to getting this website polished and ready for a hard launch. The vision is, in 6 months' time, Kovaze will be the talk of the Reality TV community. You will log on to see 600 users online at all times of the day. Games will be constantly filling with people you have never met or seen before. Blogs will be flourishing with new faces and new friends. This will only happen though, if we protect this platform during these rapidly changing times. Be the kind of people you want to see join our community. Thank you

The growth over just three months has been nothing short of unreal, and we’re only getting started. --- # Looking Ahead to 2026 Kovaze is still very much in open beta, but 2026 is where things really begin to scale. Our goal is to push Kovaze into the mainstream, not just within the ORG space, but across the wider Reality TV community as a whole. We’re currently in discussions with several major LRGs regarding potential partnerships, alongside planned advertising campaigns designed to introduce Kovaze to a broader audience of reality-TV lovers. This expansion will help diversify the player base, ensuring that every game feels fresh, unpredictable, and exciting. Before lift-off, our focus is on refining the foundations: improving onboarding for new players, fixing remaining bugs, and rolling out a few key features to strengthen the experience. Hey everyone, we are excited to announce the launch of our first ever custom discord bot! To gain access into our official Discord server, you will need to link your Kovaze account. This can be done by the click of the button in your settings! https://www.kovaze.com/mysettings/discord You can also enable a "Ping" feature. This will ping you on Discord when your games start, so you will never have to miss another Race! :) We're excited by what else we can do with this Discord bot, and hope to integrate some more features in the near future!

We’re rolling out a new Honour System across Kovaze to make moderation more consistent, transparent, and predictable. Instead of bans feeling random or different depending on who is moderating, Honour creates a clear “behaviour score” that determines when (and how long) punishments apply. ### 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿? Every account now has an Honour score ranging from 0 to 25. * 25 Honour is the maximum and the default for new accounts. * Honour reflects your behaviour over time. * When you receive moderation penalties, Honour can be reduced. * With good behaviour, Honour can recover. * If your honour drops past a certain threshhold, you may lose access to some features such as The Daily Spin. You can view your current Honour, history, and checkpoints at **Honour (via Settings → Honour)**. --- ## 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 When a moderator issues a punishment, they will now apply an Honour Points Penalty (0–25) along with a reason. That penalty is deducted from your Honour score and logged in your Honour history. You’ll be able to see: * The date/time of the change * The Honour change (e.g. -5) * Your new total Honour * The reason attached --- ## 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬) If a penalty causes your Honour to cross into a new threshold, an automatic ban will be applied using the same reason the moderator provided. Bans trigger only when you cross into a threshold you were previously above. Example: dropping from 20 → 17 will **not** ban you, because you were already at/below the 20 checkpoint. **Ban thresholds:** * 20 or lower → 1 day ban * 15 or lower → 3 day ban * 10 or lower → 7 day ban * 5 or lower → 14 day ban * 0 → Permanent ban If a penalty crosses multiple thresholds at once, the system applies the **most severe** newly crossed ban. --- ## 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿) Honour is designed to reward consistent good behaviour over time. * As a rule of thumb: 1 Honour point regenerates every 7 days*without penalties. * Regeneration happens in checkpoint jumps, not one point at a time. Checkpoints: 0 → 5 → 10 → 15 → 20 → 25 Example: * If you’re on 17 Honour, you’re in the 15–20 bracket. * To regenerate from 17 → 20, you need 3 points, so 3 × 7 = 21 days without penalties. * After reaching 20, regenerating from 20 → 25 takes 5 × 7 = 35 more days without penalties. Honour updates once per day, and all regeneration increases are logged in your Honour history the same way penalties are. --- ## 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝘄𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 This system is here to: * Make punishments consistent * Reduce “in the moment” moderation decisions * Give users a clear understanding of what happens next * Encourage long-term good behaviour without permanent marks for minor issues Honour does not replace the rules - it’s a structured way of enforcing them. --- ## 𝗔 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲 Moderation can still issue a permanent ban when needed, or an IP ban for the most serious violations. For the vast majority of cases, Honour will be the standard and transparent path. If you keep things respectful, your Honour will recover naturally over time. Moderation will be posting an update on the penalties that you can expect to lose with each rule break. Thanks for helping keep Kovaze enjoyable for everyone.

The Vending Machine is out now! For 20 Diamonds, you can take the vending machine for a spin and win a random design. You are guaranteed a win every spin. This is perfect for those of you who have some leftover diamonds from name changes, OR for those of you who love collecting designs of all styles! Additionally, Diamond packages have been made slightly cheaper and will offer more - permanently!. The $10 package (which was previously $11 and gave enough for a name change) will give you enough for both a name change and a spin on the vending machine. Vending Machine prizes will rotate weekly, displaying 50 Masculine and 50 Feminine designs per rotation. This is not your platform to taint someone's character. An unrelated reminder - this is a 16 website and will be moderated as such. For example, you may think someone's username is inappropriate and that is understandable, but it does not necessarily make it a moderation issue. The same applies for jokes of a sexual nature. Good morning Kovaze, I hope this festive season has been treating you all well! This update has been a long time coming and brings with it some exciting and much needed update to Frenzy, Arena, Outcasted, and Race (and a familiar new game mode for some of you!). 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗔 2 New Gamemodes have been added to Arena! When the game begins, it will select one of the three existing game modes (the first being OG Arena). Here are the two new game modes: • Weakest Link - No voting. The two players with the least amount of points each round will be nominated for elimination the next round. • Safety Chain - Some of you have been asking for "The Duel" (on previous sites) for years, and it's about time it makes its return. Each round, you will rank the players in the game based on who you want to give safety to. You must also select which player to "Call Out" in case you are sent into elimination. The safety chain will commence with the POV who will save one player, and that player will save one player and so on. The player not picked will be sent into the arena and will get to pick who they compete against! Hi all, A couple of months ago we announced the launch of a new tool to help keep multis out of the website. The tool has now been advanced to a much more powerful version 2. BOUTIQUES ¡Las Boutiques ya están disponibles! Una nueva manera de comprar, vender y regalar diseños. Por 35 Diamonds, puedes abrir una boutique durante 10 días y vender diseños que poseas. Recibirás 100% de ganancia por diseños no usados y 50% de ganancia por diseños usados. Una vez que vendas un diseño en tu boutique, desaparecerá de tu inventario. Los regalos enviados desde la boutique no cuentan para el contador de regalos del usuario. ¡Las boutiques son personalizables y aparecerán en tu perfil! Todos los diseños recién comprados se establecen como “No usado”, incluso si el usuario anterior los había usado. DISEÑOS Al abrir un diseño, ahora podrás ver en qué boutiques se está vendiendo. La página de Diseños ahora muestra cuántos usuarios poseen ese diseño. Reestructuración de permisos: en lugar de permisos permanentes, comprar permisos para un diseño ahora te permite publicar 3 unidades de stock. SUBASTAS (AUCTIONS) De las tres vías para comprar y vender diseños, la Subasta sigue siendo la más rentable: ofrece 80% de ganancia para todos los artículos, usados y no usados. Queremos darle espacio a las Boutiques para destacar, así que estamos evaluando reducir un poco la fuerza de las Subastas. Habrá más información en la próxima actualización. ¿QUÉ SIGUE? LEILÕES (AUCTIONS) Entre os três meios onde se pode comprar e vender designs, o Leilão continua sendo o mais lucrativo – com 80% de lucro em todos os itens, usados ou não usados. Queremos dar espaço para que as Boutiques brilhem, então estamos estudando uma forma de reduzir um pouco a força dos Leilões. Mais detalhes virão no próximo lançamento. O QUE VEM A SEGUIR? Agora que os usuários têm acesso contínuo a uma grande variedade de boutiques, prevemos uma leve diminuição na procura pelas Lojas. Para acompanhar essa mudança, reduziremos um pouco o número de lojas que abrem nas próximas rodadas. A ideia é que a maior parte das compras aconteça pelas boutiques, enquanto as Lojas se tornam o local para adquirir designs novos e exclusivos, que ninguém ainda possui! Estamos ansiosos para ver como a chegada das boutiques vai movimentar o mercado de Kovaze.

BOUTIQUES Boutiques are now out - a new way for you to buy, sell, and gift designs! For 35 Diamonds, you can open a boutique for 10 days and sell designs that you own. You will earn a 100% profit on all unworn designs, and 50% profit on all worn designs. Once you sell a design in your boutique, it will disappear from your inventory. Gifts sent via the boutique will not count towards the users gift count. Boutiques are personalisable and will appear on your profiles! All newly purchased designs are set to "Unworn", even if they were worn by the previous user. DESIGNS - Navigating to a design will show you which boutiques it's being sold in. - Designs page now displays number of users that own that design - Permissions rework: instead of permanent permissions, buying permissions to a design will allow you to post 3 stock. All existing permissions currently set to 15. SHOPS - See permissions rework above. - With the introduction of boutiques, shops will still play a vital role on Kovaze, being the place that new designs are posted. Gifting from shops will also contribute to the user's gift count. AUCTIONS Out of the three outlets that you can buy and sell designs in, the Auction stands out as the most profitable - at 80% for all items, worn and unworn. We want to give Boutiques room to shine so we'll be looking to nerf the auctions somehow, more on this next release. WHAT'S NEXT? Now that users have year-round access to a plethora of different boutiques, we anticipate the demand for Shops to slightly decrease. To respond to this, we will be slightly decreasing the number of shops that open up over the coming rounds. The idea will be that most purchases will occur through boutiques, with Shops being the outlet for obtaining new and exclusive designs that nobody has yet! We're excited to see how the addition of boutiques shakes up the marketplace on Kovaze.
