Five episodes into The Gauntlet, and the competition has already been turned upside down. We've witnessed explosive arguments, unexpected betrayals, brutal eliminations and more partner swaps than anyone could have predicted. 🎬 EPISODE 04: THE PURGE After three episodes of betrayals, arguments, eliminations and ever-changing partnerships, the challengers were beginning to find their footing. But just when everyone thought they understood how the game worked... PRODUCTION DROPPED A BOMBSHELL. 💣 This wasn't going to be an ordinary Daily Challenge. There would be no safety net for the team finishing last. No chance to fight their way back through elimination. No opportunity to Welcome to the most brutal episode of The Gauntlet 🚨 THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: IT'S A PURGE! For the first time this season, contestants would face immediate elimination based entirely on their Daily Challenge performance! The rules were simple but absolutely ruthless. 🥇 1ST PLACE: Wins the Daily Challenge and becomes the ONLY team in the Tribunal. ⚖️ 2ND TO LAST: Automatically faces potential elimination. 💀 LAST PLACE: BOTH PLAYERS ARE IMMEDIATELY ELIMINATED FROM THE GAME! The winning team would nominate one additional pair, and the house would vote between that pair's two members to decide who would face one of the bottom two contestants in the Arena. 🔄 SECRET TWIST — THE MUTINY! Before the challenge began, another twist was announced. For the first time, contestants were secretly given the opportunity to MUTINY AGAINST THEIR PARTNERS! Any contestant could privately contact production and declare a MUTINY. If another contestant also declared a mutiny, the two would form a brand-new partnership! Their abandoned partners would then be forced to join together. If a third contestant attempted to mutiny after two others had already done so, they would miss out. Would Goomybear finally abandon Rkios88 after their explosive argument last episode? Would one of the newer partnerships decide they'd had enough? 🧠 DAILY CHALLENGE #4: MEMORY MAYHEM With the threat of an immediate Purge hanging over their heads, contestants entered their fourth Daily Challenge. Players needed to rely on their memory, concentration and speed to match cards as quickly as possible. As results began coming in, the house was visibly nervous. Nobody wanted to be at the bottom. 🏆 OFFICIAL DAILY CHALLENGE RESULTS TRIBUNAL 1st 🟧 Team Orange - shmevo & lime: 2:40 2nd 🟦 Team Blue - mel & chloekay: 2:46 3rd 🟥 Team Red - ven & starry: 3:09 4th ⬜ Team White - lks3099 & KeithNewbern: 3:21 5th 🟩 Team Green - goomybear & Rkios88 : 3:27 ELIMINATION 6th 🟫 Team Brown - jordan & theceo: 3:57 PURGED Last 🟪 Team Purple - alyssuhh & ddawg: 4:38 🚨 TEAM PURPLE HAS BEEN PURGED! 🚨 In a devastating result, Alyssuhh and Ddawg finished last and were immediately eliminated from the competition! For Alyssuhh, who had already survived losing her original partner Doug in Episode 1, the journey came to an abrupt end. And for Ddawg, who joined Team Purple after Tayvie's elimination, the new partnership was cut short. TEAM PURPLE WAS OFFICIALLY GONE! 💀 Meanwhile, Team Brown's sixth-place finish meant that Jordan and TheCEO were now the bottom team facing potential elimination. 🔄 THE MUTINY RESULTS: NOBODY MAKES A MOVE! Before revealing the full challenge standings, production also confirmed the results of the secret Mutiny twist. ❌ ZERO MUTINIES! ❌ Not a single contestant attempted to abandon their partner! Despite the arguments, partner steals and questionable alliances of the previous three episodes, every contestant decided to stick with their current teammate. ⚖️ THE TRIBUNAL With the fastest combined time of 2:40, Team Orange 🟧 shmevo & lime claimed victory! And unlike previous episodes, there would be only ONE team holding Tribunal power. Team Orange now had sole responsibility for deciding which team would face the House Vote. For Shmevo, this was another impressive addition to an already strong season. Having dominated the opening Daily Challenge and continued delivering competitive performances, they was quickly becoming one of the contestants to watch. After considering their options, Team Orange 🟧 made their decision.... ❌️ NOMINATED Team White ⬜ LKS3099 & KEITHNEWBERN The very pair that had shocked the house with their unexpected partnership and dominated the previous Daily Challenge was now facing the possibility of elimination! 💥 KEITH VS THE HOUSE With Team White nominated, tensions inside the house reached boiling point. KEITH WAS NOT HAPPY. What followed was a series of arguments between Keith and several other contestants across the main channels. And one confrontation in particular stood out... 🔥 KEITHNEWBERN VS MEL! 🔥 The two found themselves locked in a particularly heated exchange as frustrations spilled into the open. What had started as a competition for safety was quickly becoming personal. With Keith clashing with multiple players, the atmosphere in the house became increasingly hostile. And unfortunately for Team White... The house was about to decide which of its members would be sent into elimination. 🗳️ THE HOUSE VOTE The votes were cast individually, and there was very little uncertainty about where the house stood. LKS3099 - 1 VOTE KEITHNEWBERN - 10 VOTES An overwhelming majority of the house had decided that Keith should be the one to enter the Arena. After a week of confrontations, arguments and rising tensions, Keith was officially in danger. But there was still one important decision to make. As the House Vote's chosen contestant, KeithNewbern was granted the power to select which member of Team Brown he wanted to face. He decided to verse TheCEO. ⚔️ THE ELIMINATION ARENA ⬜ KEITHNEWBERN 🆚 🟫 THECEO Two contestants entered the Arena with their seasons hanging in the balance. This week's elimination brought back a familiar test. THE KOVAZE WORDSEARCH! A challenge requiring speed, focus and the ability to locate hidden words before your opponent. It was the same type of challenge that had delivered Goomybear's incredible 30-second victory back in Episode 1. Would Keithnewbern silence his critics with an elimination win? Or would TheCEO survive and send one of the season's most outspoken contestants home? The competitors went to work. And when the results came in... 🏆 THECEO: WINS! 💀 KEITHNEWBERN: ELIMINATED! After finding himself at the centre of the episode's drama, Keithnewbern became the third contestant to leave the game this episode. From arguing with LKS in Episode 1, to becoming his teammate, to winning a Daily Challenge together. Their unlikely partnership had certainly provided plenty of entertainment. But in The Gauntlet, even the strongest partnerships can end in an instant. TEAM WHITE WAS FINISHED. ⬜ 🔄 THE WINNER'S CHOICE With his elimination victory secured, TheCEO was awarded the power to steal another contestant's partner. 🟫 THECEO STAYS WITH JORDAN! Team Brown had survived the Purge and the Arena, and the two would continue competing together. After such a dangerous episode, staying together was a victory in itself. But elsewhere in the house, one contestant was finally about to return to the game. 🩹 THE HANG NAIL After Torimarie elimination in previous episode, Glitter had been left without a partner. As the current Hang Nail, Glitter sat out this week's Daily Challenge with immunity, waiting to see who would become available following the next elimination. And with Keith now eliminated, his former partner was left alone. Which meant it was time for a brand-new partnership! 🟨 GLITTER & LKS: TEAM YELLOW! 🟨 Glitter officially returns to active competition alongside LKS3099! For LKS, it's yet another partnership change in an already chaotic season. He began the game alongside Shmevo on Team Orange 🟧, was stolen by Goomybear to join Team White ⬜️, then chose KeithNewbern as his next partner following his elimination victory. Now, after Keith's departure, LKS3099 finds himself on Team Yellow 🟨 with Glitter. 🎬 EPISODE 03: TROUBLE IN PARADISE Keep up with all the drama on the discord! https://discord.gg/7tF6n3wsZ 🔥 Maze Madness, Partnership Meltdowns & A Decision Nobody Expected After two explosive episodes filled with arguments, eliminations and shocking partner steals, the challengers entered this hoping to establish some stability. This week, contestants faced a maze that tested both their intelligence and their ability to navigate under pressure. For some, it was a chance to prove themselves. For others, it would expose cracks in their partnerships. 🧩 DAILY CHALLENGE #3: THE MAZE The challengers entered a brand-new Daily Challenge combining **navigation, trivia and decision-making**. Contestants had to make their way through a maze, encountering checkpoints containing multiple-choice questions. Their answers determined which direction they could take next. A correct decision could lead them closer to the finish line, while a wrong turn could send them down a much longer route! With the clock ticking and every second counting, contestants needed both speed and accuracy to succeed. 🏆 OFFICIAL DAILY CHALLENGE RESULTS TRIBUNAL 1ST — ⬜ Team White: lks3099 & keithnewbern - 2:08 2ND — 🟧 Team Orange: shmevo & lime - 3:14 3RD — 🟦 Team Blue: mel & chloekay - 3:42 4TH — 🟫 Team Brown: theceo & jordan - 3:51 5TH — 🟨 Team Yellow: torimarie & glitter - 5:14 6TH — 🟥 Team Red: Ven & Starry - 6:49 7TH — 🟪 Team Purple: Alyssuhh& ddawg - 8:13 ELIMINATION 8TH — 🟩 Team Green: goomybear & rkios88 21:38 After forming one of the most unexpected partnerships last episode, LKS3099 and KeithNewbern, proved that perhaps enemies really can become allies! Following closely behind were Shmevo and Lime of Team Orange, securing another impressive result and a return to the Tribunal. But at the opposite end of the leaderboard, things were about to get VERY ugly. 💥 TEAM GREEN: A PARTNERSHIP ON THE BRINK After being thrown together following last episode's partner steal, Team Green was hoping to establish itself as a competitive force. Instead, disaster struck. Rkios88 failed to complete the Daily Challenge, resulting in a time penalty that sent Team Green straight to the bottom of the leaderboard. And Goomybear was NOT happy. After surviving the very first elimination of the season, Goomy was now facing the possibility of returning to the Arena because his teammate hadn't completed the challenge. With frustrations boiling over, Goomy and Rkios found themselves in a heated confrontation. The partnership was officially showing cracks. 🚨 A NEW RULE CHANGES EVERYTHING! Following the missed challenge in this one and the previous week, production introduced a new rule. **If a team finishes in last place because one partner failed to complete the Daily Challenge, the player who failed to participate will AUTOMATICALLY represent their team in elimination.** That meant Goomybear would not be forced to fight for his survival because of his teammate's absence. ⚖️ THE TRIBUNAL: NEW POWER PLAYERS With the Daily Challenge complete, two teams earned the right to control the nominations. ⬜ Team White: lks3099 & keithnewbern 🟧 Team Orange: shmevo & lime This was another Tribunal appearance for Shmevo, who continued establishing themselves as one of the season's strongest competitors. And for LKS and Keith, it was a dramatic turnaround from their confrontation from previous episodes. The tribunal decided to put up these teams for the house vote; 🟨 Team Yellow: torimarie & glitter 🟫 Team Brown: theceo & jordan Four contestants were now at risk, but only one team would be sent into elimination against Rkios. 🗳️ THE HOUSE VOTE: THE HOUSE MAKES ITS CHOICE With Team Yellow and Team Brown facing the vote, the challengers were forced to reveal where their loyalties stood. The votes were spread across all four contestants. 🟫 TheCEO - 3 votes 🟫 Jordan - 3 votes 🟨 Glitter - 2 votes 🟨 Torimarie - 6 votes ⚔️ TORIMARIE VS RKIOS88 - ELIMINATION ARENA ⚔️ This week's elimination brought a completely different test of intelligence. Both contestants faced an association logic puzzle. The puzzle presented a fictional story about Gauntlet contestants arriving at a party at different times and ordering different drinks. Using a collection of clues, competitors had to determine: - Which contestant arrived at which time. - Which drink each contestant ordered. - How all the clues connected to complete the final grid. 🏆 RKIOS88 TAKES THE VICTORY! ⏱️ COMPLETION TIME: 2 MINUTES 55 SECONDS Despite missing the Daily Challenge and clashing with his partner, Rkios88 managed to pull off the elimination victory! He had survived the Arena and earned the right to remain in The Gauntlet. Unfortunately for torimarie, the journey came to an end. 🔄 THE WINNER'S CHOICE With the power to be able to steal any other team mate, the elimination winner has the most power. Rkios decided that he wanted to stay with his current partner. Was this to sort out their drama or a bit of petty revenge? Time will tell! TEAM GREEN IS STAYING TOGETHER! 🩹 THE NEW HANG NAIL With Torimarie eliminated, her former partner glitter has been left without a teammate. For now, Glitter can sit back, watch the chaos unfold, and prepare for a new partnership. But who will that partner be? 15 PLAYERS REMAIN. 👥 THE REMAINING TEAMS 🟥 Team Red: Ven & Starry 🟧 Team Orange: Shmevo & Lime 🟨 Team Yellow: Glitter 🟩 Team Green: Goomybear & Rkios88 🟦 Team Blue: Mel & ChloeKay ⬜ Team White: LKS3099 & KeithNewbern 🟫 Team Brown: Jordan & TheCEO 🟪 Team Purple: Alyssuhh & Ddawg 15 PLAYERS REMAIN. 📺 EPISODE 03: THE RECAP 🏆 DAILY CHALLENGE WINNERS: Team White ⚖️ TRIBUNAL: Team White & Team Orange 💀 AUTOMATIC ELIMINATION:** Team Green 🗳️ HOUSE VOTE: Torimarie — 6 votes ⚔️ ELIMINATION: Torimarie vs Rkios88 🥇 ELIMINATION WINNER: Rkios88 ❌ ELIMINATED: Torimarie 🔄 WINNER'S CHOICE: Rkios stays with Goomybear 🩹 NEW HANG NAIL: Glitter TO BE CONTINUED... 👀
