BB28 is just not doing it for me the way 26 and 27 did. Kelley and Keanu being completely delusional and horrifically bad at the game yet winning comps and surviving week after week was such good food there really hasn't been anything that's held my attention as well this season.

In an apartment that’s a strange amalgamation of my dingy college apartment, my current place, and my aunt’s old condo from when I was a kid. And I don’t really even do anything I just wander from room to room (which are all disjointed and make no sense) then wake up. What is this supposed to be telling me.

Some credit this week, he tried to do his big one and flip on the icons. Did it work? No not at all lmao, but as far as I can tell he swept it under the rug with 0 blowback which is really funny. Solid C for effort.

Last season when they did the dumbass white locust twist I said I was done with the show for 48 hours and then came crawling back to the slop trough, I’m probably going to do the exact same thing this season. That said, is there any reason they can’t just do an extra double eviction instead of these instant elim twists that never seem to have a good outcome?

That I couldn’t agree with more is that a coworker who is incompetent but a hard worker is way worse than a coworker that’s incompetent and lazy. My team fired a guy that did absolutely nothing and replaced him with a lady that is absolutely horrible at every aspect of the job but behaves like a “subject matter expert” that’s entitled to deference and respect — completely delusional. Makes a constant string of mistakes that I or someone else always get asked to clean up later. The lazy guy at least didn’t actively create more work for the rest of us by messing things up constantly.

Of being a live feed watcher/follower is understanding that you are a minority constituency of the show -- most of the people that watch BB only watch the TV broadcasts and are either Facebook casuals or not involved on social media at all. And because of this they live in a completely different world and it's almost impossible to even discuss the show with them because their baseline understanding of what happens from week to week to begin with is either incomplete or inaccurate. This has happened a couple of times for me with people at work who are uber-casuals that do not follow the feeds at all.

Cock tease us about the twist the whole episode and then not reveal it, I genuinely fucking hate this show and myself for still coming back to watch it season after season like a pig at the slop trough.

But how far back can we trace the concept of "you need to vote with the house or you'll show your cards/be a target" on Big Brother? The earliest example we could come up with is Eric being targeted in BB8 for throwing hinky votes due to being America's player during the week 3/4 evictions. That said I don't think this really becomes a permanent "thing" until like BB19 or so, when Paul has such a stranglehold on the house that he is looking for literally any excuse to ostracize someone.

"Little Caesar's is so good when you ain't got a bitch in your ear telling you it's nasty", that's how I feel about watching Big Brother. If you just watch the show /feeds, maybe talk about it with a few friends, and draw your own conclusions from there, you'll enjoy it much more than if you engage with the stupid ass fans on reddit/stan twitter (I didn't mention the Facebook people because they are barely even sentient to begin with).

Get truly invested in a BB season there has to be someone that's in a terrible position but somehow keeps stumbling through week after week through some combination of winning comps/dumb luck/others turning on each other. In BB26 that person was Angela and in 27 it was Kelley/Keanu. I think Haley has the potential to be that person for this season so regardless of what happens with the veto I'm hoping she wins blockbuster.
