Previously on Amandasings04 Big Brother.... #ASBB1Finale The Final 3 Houseguests: Dakota, Kodua (Marissa), and Torimarie (Montana), competed in Part 1 of the Final HOH. They played THE BLOGS GAME, where the goal was to be the first houseguest to get their opening jury statement to The Top Blog. Since Sin had an 867 point blog at the start, this competition lasted 4 hours and 15 minutes until TORIMARIE pushed through and got her blog to the #6 All Time Blog. That's history, baby. Winning Part 1, Montana got to sit back and watch as Marissa and Dakota battled it out in Part 2: CROSSWORD. Their job was to complete a crossword of all 26 competitions throughout the season. Both competitors forgot about the existence of the "answer bank" and accused host Amanda of making a mistake. This was a competition where searching for answers only wasted time. Searching her charts and the chat history, Dakota fell behind and lost the competition to KODUA. It took both of them about 20 minutes to do a crossword puzzle with 26 answers, and they had all of the answers in a separate tab. Yeah it was bad..... The stage was set for the final showdown of the season. Kodua and Torimarie faced off in Part 3: THE FINAL HOH. The houseguests were asked to correctly identify a juror's response to a question. They tied, each getting 2/6 correctly. Additionally, they needed to correctly guess whom each pre-juror was rooting for. The houseguests were shocked to find out that it was Dakota who had overwhelming support from the pre-jurors between the final 3! After a close competition, Montana pulled ahead by 2 points by the final question. This meant that there would be no way for Marissa to win. TORIMARIE WON THE FINAL HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD COMPETITION! But his job was not done. Montana carefully considered the merits of Dakota and Marissa's games, and how well each might do in the final 3. After weighing out his options, Montana believed that he had a better shot at the win sitting next to Dakota in the end. With his final vote to evict, Montana sent Kodua to the jury. THE FINAL 2 OF AMANDASINGS04 BIG BROTHER 1 ARE TORIMARIE AND DAKOTA. Now, it is up to the seven jurors to decide who gets the title of #ASBB1 Winner and the 7800 Koinz prize that goes along with it. While some have called me a villain, I have always maintained steadfast in my primary mission: to make it to the final 2 and win this game. I created bonds with several people through the season, and while I cherish those bonds, I had to play the game. I won competitions to save myself when I needed to, and okay-- that's time I have to head to my date and get cracked. #ASBB1Finale Torimarie Going into this, I didn’t expect the level of competition to be this high—but that’s exactly why sitting here means so much. Every single one of you played hard, and I’m proud to have competed alongside you. But I didn’t just compete, I positioned myself. I made it all the way to Final 5 UNNOMINATED and never once sat on the block during eviction night. This didn’t happen by luck.. this happened because of relationships, awareness, and control. On top of that, I proved myself physically with 3 HOHs and 2 POVs—including the Final 5 POV, when my housemates had already decided I was going home, and the Final 4 HOH, where I was up against a full alliance of Dakota, Marissa, and Chloe and still secured my place in the Final 3. When I needed to win, I won. But this game isn’t just competitions—it’s social strategy. Early on we built the Wegovies alliance with Dakota, Marissa, and LP, and we controlled most of the game. At the same time, I made sure I wasn’t boxed in. I built relationships across the house, giving myself options and protection. That paid off during the split house twist. I was completely separated from my core alliance and had to rely on my own social game to survive. My secret partnership with Glinda allowed me to stay informed and protected in the middle of the game, while my alliance with Wes and Bianca gave me additional leverage that no one fully saw at the time. Though it was suspected Wes and I were a final 2 when I saved him with veto, I was never just playing one path. I wanted to make sure I set myself up all across the board and Wes was a huge part of that. Unfortunately, a turning point in this game was when my hand was forced when I had to choose between LP/Marissa or Wes/Bianca - I decided to remain loyal to the healthcare divas (LP/Marissa) which was the wrong move to make as Marissa had already decided to turn on LP and I— I should have evicted Marissa and continued to work with Wes/LP/Bianca. That’s a mistake I can admit I made. It would have made my path to the finale much smoother. Next, I lost my #1 in the game LP as the line was drawn in the sand and it would be me or her getting 5th. I didn’t play a perfect game- I know my faults but I am still standing here because even when I lost all of my allies I fought to remain in the game- defying the odds. So when you’re deciding your vote, I ask you to consider the full picture which is a game built on strategy, relationships, adaptability, and the ability to win when it mattered most. I respected this game enough to play it from every angle- and I believe that’s what makes me deserving of the win. Truly, I had an amazing time as stressful and as time consuming as this was I loved every minute of it and had such a great time getting to know you divas. #ASBB1Finale Dakota Hi Jury! I know a lot of you are upset with me, some of which are valid, others I’m not sure of and am happy to hear why on finale night. However one thing nobody can argue with is the fact that I’ve played a HELL of a game. I have won 3 HOH comps and 3 vetos, I protected not only myself, but my 4 main allies throughout the ENTIRE game (we all made top 5). I did this all while being as genuine as possible to those I couldn’t keep up with. I didn’t backdoor anybody. I gave everyone a chance to win veto, and I tried to stay classy. I think if you give me the win, it is setting a precedent that we are going to award players who tried to be dignified, while still playing HARD and caring a LOT about how they do in this game. I fought tooth and nail every week. Not just for me, but for the people who kept me safe. Because of that, I was NEVER in any real danger in this game.
