I know most of the modern era Kovaze players probably have no idea, but back during beta I used to post updates about my car racing journey here every now and then. & a lot has happened since! I grew up watching my grandfather race, & I finally got behind the wheel of my grandma’s car 11 years ago. Last season was my 10th points season racing, and I finally accomplished my childhood dream of becoming a track champion! After qualifying for division finals for the sixth consecutive year, I earned the opportunity to compete at the World Drag Racing Alliance’s “World Finals,” where I ended up placing Top 25 in the world for Sportsman Drag Racing in 2025!!! Even typing that still feels weird. After celebrating the championship over the winter, I entered my first ever NHRA (National Hot Rod Association) national event in May… and we won that bitch! Going into Drag Magazine this summer. 😎 This year is the NHRA’s 75th anniversary, meaning every Wally awarded this season is a DIAMOND edition. One of the most prestigious races you can win at a professional level! Ten year old Jaxx would’ve absolutely lost his mind knowing one of those is now sitting on his nightstand. Not bad for the kid who spent more time dreaming in the grandstands than actually believing he’d get there. The season isn’t over yet, either! 😼 I’m currently leading the points championship with three race weekends left, and I’ve already secured my spot on the divisional team for the seventh consecutive season! I’m only one race win away from securing back to back track championships and heading to Vegas this fall for another shot at becoming #1 in the world! 🗺️ It’s been pretty cool having a completely different community quietly following along with something that started as a family hobby growing up, eventually landing me on a pretty successful sponsored race team. 🏎️💨 Just like Kovaze, I’m not there to make friends. I’m here to win. There are no idols to save me, no public votes, and no twists to blame when things go wrong. However, the connections made along the way are what make the wins mean even more. ❤️‍🔥 And yes… the balding homophobes at the track are still absolutely sick that I’m representing the track as champion during the first year we’re moving into hosting national events. 😚
