I think we should send the Cheaters

to Kovaze.org a second sister site where only cheaters can play. They have to play in cheater games. Once every month the highest ranked cheater can join the rest of us back on Kovaze.com but their flame will be of a beeping ankle monitor. Once 6 months have passed if they have good behavior, they can be freed and rejoin Kociety normally. If they exhibit bad behavior with an ankle monitor flame, they will then be sent back to kovaze.org or perm banned for another 2 months based on severity of crime.
