Terms of Service: https://kovaze.com/tos DISCORD: mod_roan **A) RULE-BREAKING ACTIVITY** The following will result in a suspension or permanent ban of your Kovaze account. 1. **Multiple Accounts (Permanent Ban)** Each person is limited to one account. Alternate accounts are not allowed. 2. **Account Sharing (Permanent Ban)** Do not share your login or password with anyone. 3. **Cheating/Exploiting (Permanent Blanket Ban)** Cheating in minigames, competitions, or exploiting site mechanics is strictly prohibited. Detection will result in a blanket ban (no new accounts permitted). 4. **Pornography (Permanent Ban)** Any pornographic content, including links, will result in a permanent ban. 5. **Slurs & Hate Speech** Do not use slurs, hate speech, or display hate symbols on Kovaze. 6. **Bullying, Death Threats, Toxicity** Disagreements are natural, but toxicity, threats, or targeted bullying will not be tolerated. Moderators have discretion to decide what qualifies as such. 7. **Doxxing** Leaking private information about others is forbidden. 8. **Spam / Flooding** Do not intentionally flood comments, blogs, or messages with spam. 9. **Impersonation** Do not impersonate moderators, or other staff members. 10. **Scamming & Phishing** Do not attempt to scam, defraud, or phish other users (e.g., fake trades, malicious links). 11. **Selling Coins (Permanent Ban)** Selling coins to other users for real money is strictly prohibited. --- ## **B) ILLEGAL ACTIVITY** KOVAZE HAS ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. Any violation results in a permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement. 1. **Server Hacks/Attacks** DDOS attacks, hacking, or any attempt to disrupt Kovaze systems is against the law. 2. **Sexual Content Involving Minors** No sexual or romantic advances toward users under 18. Adults cannot request under-18s’ personal socials (Instagram, Snapchat, etc.). Discord handles may be exchanged, but sending photos to minors is forbidden. Kovaze will assist law enforcement in investigations. 3. **Other Illegal Activity** Any other illegal activity on Kovaze will result in a ban and possible further legal action. --- ## **C) COPYRIGHTED CONTENT** 1. **Copyrighted Images** Do not upload designs using copyrighted images or artwork you don’t own. By uploading, you confirm you hold full rights. Uploaded designs grant Kovaze non-exclusive rights to display and use them. --- ## **D) COMMUNITY CONDUCT** 1. **Endangerment** Do not use blogs or public posts to endanger or encite violence against other players. Drama is fine, but there are lines that should not be crossed and moderators have full discretion of determining when that is. 2. **Moderation Matters** Blogs or posts regarding moderation actions or staff decisions are strictly prohibited. All concerns, disputes, or appeals must be handled privately through the official support or appeal process. Publicly challenging moderation decisions will result in penalties. --- ## **E) Design Rules** 𝟭. 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗱. Do NOT upload any designs that feature more than one category of design (with the exception being clothes/shoes and clothes/accessory). Clothes + Skin designs are no longer allowed. Rule as of 12/8/25. Designs made before this date are still legal to be posted and worn. Face designs are now allowed to be posted and worn freely alongside masks. 𝟮. 𝗗𝘂𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝘀 Do NOT upload a design that you (or another user) has already uploaded. You may re-upload a design but only if you delete the previous version. As of 1/4/26 reuploading a design that is that is too similar in shade/color will be considered a duplicate. Different styles of a similar design will still be allowed. 𝟯. 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗳𝘁 Do NOT steal another users design. This includes putting an existing design into an A.I tool and asking it to "create something similar". I will have full discretion of deciding whether a design is too similar to an existing one. Please respect the intellection property of other users. The moderation team reserves the right to determine whether an upload complies with these policies
