Speeding is out of control! No regard for anyone's life anymore! And the amount of red light running is insane. Its gotten so bad. Girl last night on broad....went right thru a red light and she had her phone up to her face. Wasn't even paying attention. Totally oblivious that she was behind the wheel of a car! By the looks of her car, she had hit a few things but I guess it hasn't been bad enough for her to learn her lesson!
