I’ve only played once before and it was two tribes no tribe swaps and merge wasn’t till final 8

Yeah I believe it just is all chance. We may not even get a swap we may swap into 2 or into different 3s and it can all happen whenever. Same with merge. Merge is anywhere from 8-13 people I think :)
