Hello friends, foes, whatever you consider yourself, I'm surprised I get to be here and plead my case to you honestly LOL, but I think this was far from a fluke! I believe one of my core strengths in this game was staying true to myself, and casting votes not because I was directed to do so but because I felt it was the right thing to do at the time. This probably helped me seem a little more strategically aloof as I was not actively seen as someone trying to pull the strings, which many players ended up falling victim to. While Octopus & Times were "easy votes" early on, I consciously did not participate in Poof & Foox's eliminations because I simply did not want to, and I made sure to own up to my minority votes relatively quickly (despite other people being targeted in the game for those) I think playing it cool really started paying off for me when shit blew up at the Final 10, with Leecrimson targeting Goomy, and everyone and their mothers exposing everything, while I just sat back and pondered what the best decision is. I subtly suggested ArianaGrande as a split vote there as we never talked, and in my ideal world Lee still stayed longer in the game, and so when it looked like Lee was about to be sent home with the votes, I tipped him off about his idol. HOWEVER, as soon as I did that chaos just completely ensued, and everythinggg blew up... but I remained in the shadows. Ariana is sent home in a more unprecedented vote, and the sights were immediately set on Stevie for having an Immunity Idol that would be a danger down the road, and with other people pushing this plan and rallying votes, I continued to maintain a low profile. With the blindside taking place successfully, the next two votes became a matter of smooth sailing, and maintaining trust with my main allies. I did enjoy both Lee and Jarhead in the game but messing with the numbers at the time would simply not have benefited me, as causing any type of commotion in this game was poison. This became evidently clear at the Final 6. As far as I was informed, I was out the door in a 5-1 vote. It appeared Riggs had me out of the game effortlessly, though he then informed me himself that I was in trouble, and my main allies Jaxx and Goomy were turning on me. While I first tried to play it cool, I soon realized that this was the time to get LOUDDDDDDD, and so I confronted them in our trio chat about why they were suggesting me as a vote. Screenshots came flying, a lot was exposed, and it soon appeared that Riggs just attempted a masterful move of ensuring that we would all crumble, and he could potentially proceed in the game with Connor and Maddie, whom I did not have very strong talking relationships with. That in addition to Jaxx revealing that he had the idol gave me the security to flip the vote on him, and ensure that I would be in a much more comfortable position for this endgame, which as you can see paid off as my name had not been written down at all throughout this game with the exception of one random algo vote resulting from Connor not voting. I always made sure that I thought about my positioning, and even went as far as allowing Maddie a shot at the tiebreaker because I felt much more comfortable with her in the game than potentially having to duke it out with Jaxx/Goomy who may as well have been a Final 2 (and I am judging mostly based on the idol play that took place at Final 5 as well as me almost being flipped on) In the end, I chose to sit next to Jaxx as it appeared from conversations with some of you that he had a little lying going on hehe, and I tried my best to only lie when necessary, for example when Stevie had the idol that needed to be flushed out, and when Riggs could have easily flipped the votes back at the Final 6. In a game full of chaos, craziness, arguments, and blowups, I prevailed by simply keeping it real, and keeping it zen. Even with a huge challenge target on my back due to the first few individual immunities, I still survived a streak of eliminations that could have been my undoing, and I did so without receiving a vote.
