I’m tired of the endless excuses, the performative confidence, and the way accountability magically disappears the moment results are due, because it’s exhausting watching people talk loud while moving nowhere. You want credit for effort but dodge responsibility for outcomes, you preach standards you don’t meet, and you mistake noise for impact while everyone else carries the weight. This isn’t passion, it’s deflection, and it’s long past time someone said it plainly: step up, follow through, or get out of the way, because the gap between what you claim and what you deliver is obvious to anyone paying attention—clock it.
