What happens if I give myself permission? Does the permission allows me to add it to my shop if I want to? What exatcly does the permission does? lol

Make clothes and upload them.. and once someone wants to use your designs they will reach out. Once you uploaded some designs you could also make a blog about it saying that if anyone is interested in using your designs they can use it for a gift back. Unless you want them to purchase it :)
