I went and saw a spine doctor this past week and she said I need to work on my core because my body is so used to the extra weight.
Eating, like I said...still hit or miss, but I can eat a lot more than i used to. If I have liquids, I still get hungry, but once I eat solids (which I am limited on) i fill up quickly
Oh yeah.. skin you can't work your wait out of you need surgery. But you say you get full very quickly.. if you dont eat much wont you continue to lose weight?
The weird thing I can eat and it doesn't bother me at all...which is SO WEIRD...
I can have mini chicken tacos. Frozen ones. They are tiny, you throw them in the microwave for 60 seconds. I cannot have soft shell but hard shell tacos shells/chips don't bother me at all.
I cannot have pasta at all. I throw up. I tried protein pasta and it made me sick.
Cauliflower crust pizza is a hit or a miss depending on my pouch
I can have Dave's Killer 21 grain thin sliced bread, again, depending on how my pouch is feeling.
I am recovering from a bleeding ulcer in February. I had started drinking in the summer and was overdoing it quite a bit. Whiskey too ugh

My only downsides is that I have A LOT of skin. I am getting a referral at the end of the month for skin removal surgery
