Absolutely. Did he occasionally wake up and choose violence in the comments section? Allegedly. But is that a crime? I ask the jury to look deep into their hearts. Did Frostbite rob a bank? No. Did Frostbite commit espionage? Not that we can prove. Did Frostbite occasionally post something that made players sigh loudly? Perhaps. But that’s the price of greatness. History has taught us that many visionaries were misunderstood in their own time. Frostbite simply dared to ask the difficult questions, like “What if this alliance imploded for absolutely no reason?” and “How many memes is too many memes?” The prosecution calls him a menace. I call him a content creator. Without Frostbite, who will keep us entertained? Who will stir the pot? Who will make production question their life choices? This is bigger than one ban. This is about freedom. This is about justice. This is about giving second chances to the internet’s coldest citizen.
