Being the age where a lot of the older people in your life are passing away or are having their quality of life deteriorate. Itโs very tough to balance being there for them and spending time but also prioritizing the life that Iโm living

real af, I'm watching my partner spend most of their freetime taking care of their dad while working full time and he's the type to repress his needs for duty. I think he's doing the right thing but other family members kinda take advantage of that. Hope you can find the right path while staying true to yourself <3

Its tough. And it gets worse. Watched it with my grandparents and now seeing it with my parents. Lean on friends, talk about it, and at the end of the day just live everyday with love and compassion for not only them but yourself. A lot of people forget that being gentle on yourself is equally important.
