i just played an ARAM game
with a guy who had "C9" in his name and the entire time just talked about how he works for riot and kept saying the Malphite on the other team was boosted so he will be issuing a 7 day ban after the game.......

you know me i added the Malphites OP.gg to my bookmarks and he is still playing games, so i think its safe to say he did not get a 7 day ban!
