About to go an a year-long sick leave at 80% of my pay because my job was being so unsupportive of my legit medical issues despite me only having taken 3 sick days off this year AND having worked through one of those!!
Two can play this game, job.

itsamodernlife they didn't use to be like this, i have felt very appreciated and supported the last few years and even got promoted last year. there's something fishy happening right now, not sure if they're looking to downsize and need to find reasons to nitpick, but i'm not gonna stand for this.

Ethan I am DONE. I also worked 3 out of the 10 days I took off as vacation this year, because someone got sick who was covering for me. I was in India for my BIRTHDAY and working from there. No one even thanked me.
