I am sooo stressed out at work

I was scheduled to do a 4 hour shift yesterday and today when I literally have all of the stuff on my housekeeping hotel checklist I need to do especially public areas. My boss was telling me I need to do the guest laundry and the fitness room every shift as well as the elevator carts! Sooo if I'm told I need to get all of the mopping done within four hours plus ALLof the vaccumming, ALL of the garbages, ALL of the glass doors, even the guest bathrooms then why THE FUCK did you schedule me to do a 4 hour shift What tf did you expect me to do, finish EVERYTHING within four hours?! NO I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THAT SHIT. At this point 4 hours IS NOT ENOUGH to do everything my boss tells me to do I have my own daily tasks already that I need to do which is -Do ALL the garbages even the ones inside the employee room -Vaccum the hallways and the rugs/mats Do the guest bathrooms, -Take trash out to the dumpster. -Mop the pool and the hallways connected to it. -Do the employee's bathroom Again, why did you have me do a 4 hour shift when that's not ENOUGH time for me to do what I do! Note that my job is a houseperson/housekeeping at a Holiday Inn. I got the job about a month ago
