Permed users have every chance to change their behavior, but if they got all the way to 0 points, clearly they never do.

Paul Harassed multiple of our users and called them pedophiles then later claimed he had no evidence, and his own friends have come and told me that they've heard him say that if he ever came back he won't be able to help himself but to harass those same users again.
