If youre on the heavier side, and I mean like 220lbs+, the best way to start is with little changes.
Get a step counter app and start tracking your steps; try to increase your steps per day by 1000 consistently; the consistency is key. Cut out one or two sugary snacks of your choice and/or substitute it for something with a higher nutritional value, or reduce how much you consume of it and replace the rest with a healthier low calorie alternative (i.e. eating half a skittles pack and replacing the rest with some grapes). Small changes like these to your diet and exercise will lead to gradual, healthy change, and then you can slowly ramp it up to see bigger changes.
If you're just looking to shed an extra few pounds then I strongly recommend following a cutting gym routine and changing your nutrient intake to be leaner (I'm not an expert so I strongly recommend googling and watching yt videos that help!)
If you want to move around more I found something that helped me was Just Dance and doing those dances on YT since it was something I loved. It doesn't always have to be a grind! Make the journey something you'll enjoy so you'll want to do it more !
Slayking123 LOL I got my minor degree in Nutrition. I do think what modern life said is accurate.
I’m so hesitant on GLP-1s because really there is no longterm effects of them known… and plus most people gain the weight right back regardless.
