i told you about something like summer its by far my favorite gay romance/generational trauma/drama book. really long series but all the books can be standalones and are all different stories about growing up gay in texas in the late 90s through 2010s. Clown in a cornfield is a fun goofy slasher horror book that got made into a movie i really enjoyed.
