I am super proud of myself. So much crap keeps happening and I have managed to just be like, no I can deal with this stuff without having a glass of wine. Let's read a book instead. Anyhow yeah. that's all.

I’m so happy to hear this omg when I quit drinking after Covid it started making me feel so powerful when turning down a drink. Saying to myself “I literally don’t need to drink at all tonight” and meaning it & following through is such a strength. People die from alcoholism and you are overcoming something so many people unfortunately cannot. Ur a star padam
