Satan considered Earth a charity.

All he had to donate to this charity was a creature named "Clown." The Earth didn't want it but it was something they could not reject no matter how badly they may have wanted to. It was left on the Earth and then Satan went back to Hell. It terrorizes all the humans who consider the planet their home. Satan laughs as he and his demons watch the clown on a giant TV screen in Hell. Satan believes he made the right choice donating the clown to the Earth when he sees how much the humans hate it. Hatred is the reason for life in Satan's eyes.
