There's no way to alter your sexuality. There's medications that can lower/inhibit libido but your sexuality doesn't change.

i remember there was a study that observed this in fish in an aquatic situation and they found that 83%-ish can fully do it if secluded enough and conditioned BUT i also just made this up so i dunno
