Ethan waits for the blood.

Ethan orders a cup of coffee from Dunkin Donuts but he does not think it tastes right at first. There is a vial of blood fastened to a necklace which he hides in his shirt so no one can see. In this vial is blood which he pours into the coffee to give himself what he wants. Was this blood taken from someone or did they give it willingly? We may never know. Most will never know it is there at all, but there it will be just the same. Ethan commands it and Ethan is a person who gets what he wants.
