Did any of you watch

Quest for camelot as a kid ? It was a none Disney animated film, but very similar artistic style (akin to anastasia) and it had a two headed dragon one fat one skinny 😭 I thought it was a fever dream for the longest time 😂 Also we're back , about the dinosaurs that gain the ability to think and speak like humans and end up in new York city 😭 There was another one with the main villain being this little blonde girl with curly hair and I cant remember the name of it for the life of me 😭 Edit - ITS CALLED CATS DONT DANCE Do yall have any other obscure childhood animated movies ?
