President Snowglobes Royale Opinion - Honestly I Love.

Snowglobe 1 hour ago27 views

Okay, honestly... hear me out. I really enjoyed the game Royale. It was fun. I loved traveling around to different spots, running into people, and collecting all the different items. The opinion I’m hearing the most is that the challenges need to be spotlighted more, and I totally agree. I think there need to be real benefits for people who are competing in—and winning—these challenges. However, I also LOVE the foxface gameplay. Don’t underestimate the person who takes the time to jump around the map and snatch someone’s items while they’re sleeping in the middle of the night. The commitment to that is also essential gameplay. One solution I thought of: F2D (Fight 2 Death) & shield pop-ups (not sure what the official name would be). These could be pop-ups found in the bloodbath or as rare items around the map. If you get an F2D pop-up, you could use it on any player you find within your perspective area, forcing them into an F2D. You would continue playing challenges until someone dies—maybe shorten the challenge window to 4 hours. If you miss the timeline, you die completely. HOWEVER, for those foxfaces out there collecting shield items at 3 a.m., they could use those shields to get out of the F2D fights. You could also just eliminate the run-away option as well but I do enjoy running from comp beasts lol. I really respect both gameplay styles, and I think this could be an interesting way to support them equally. Now, the Eye… it feels underwhelming. I know this was a test game, so I’m sure more is planned, but there needs to be something more exciting to draw people into the Eye. More pop-ups? Better weapons? I also think the public should be able to watch the Eye main chat at all times and sponsor only players who are currently in the Eye. Once you join the Eye, you should have to stay for at least an hour to prevent people from hopping in just to get sponsored and immediately leaving. This is a special game, and I really think it deserves more audience interaction. Eye sponsors could help, or even some sort of voting mechanic before the game starts to determine certain rules. The mechanics here are cool, and there are many different ways to play this game. I think the challenge beasts should get something that forces people to play against them if they’re found on the map, instead of allowing an 8-hour stall. And once the 8-hour sleep button is fully working, that’s going to be genius. I’m honestly excited to see the strategies people come up with using that mechanic. Personally, I’d use it if I was getting bombed in the afternoon, then pray I could hide through the night. I also think this should be a one-game-at-a-time experience, with a reaping-style entry once a week and a “mutts finale” on Friday or Saturday. During the finale, you wouldn’t be able to gain health, challenge wait times would drop to 30 minutes, and you’d slowly lose health starting at midnight—with no ability to go to sleep. Even if someone started with 100 health and wasn’t attacked, they’d be dead within 24 hours. You’d need to be prepared to play this game. I think it would get boring and lose excitement if people could join whenever they wanted. It should be a stressful week for those playing—but that’s exactly what makes it fun and exciting. I’m excited to see how you continue developing the game, and it was an honor playing in the first one. To everyone who played: I’d love to hear your thoughts and opinions too. Thank you Sin for all your hard work and having me apart of this experience!
