Benopolis The criminality of the act he was committing was understandable, yet he persisted and made that comment as a "joke" to some, but when that joke becomes a crime under criminal investigation, it's no justification to say it was just a "joke." I understand that people don't take this site seriously because of the limited precautionary measures, and I believe the moderators should stop being arbitrary when investigating each case and determine if it truly poses a threat to the safety and trust that each player places in it.

i think often times when people do awful things to us we wonder "i just don't understand how they could do that". and that's the whole point, what a blessing it is to not understand how someone could do something awful. it's a good thing to not understand because that means we would never do that and that is the underlying lesson <3

With this website, community, and its future growth plans are that there are people on here who are allowed to exist within, while being huge deterrents and detractors. This site is no different than tengaged in that aspect it just has a shinier coat of paint. People like frostbite and benopolis who time and time again have done things to be hurtful and antagonize others and get not much more than a slap on the wrist. There needs to be a harsher punishment system for individuals like this with a continued history of abuse, doxxing, stalking, and threatening others on this site and the previous. Sin what do you think is going to happen when you push ads out to the world, we get a few newcomers who maybe have never been in this type of online community before, and the first thing they see is Ben threatening someone’s life AGAIN. Allowing this sort of behavior as just a temporary ban rather than a permanent one will only continue the cycle. There are many people on here that are like this more than I’ve mentioned, but for obvious reasons those are the prime suspects. At the end of the day this website with its current user base is admittedly doing quite well, but I’m certain that as new users enter, especially ones who aren’t used to this, there will be more and more glaring problems. If the precedent starts now that behavior like that, no matter who it is or why, is unacceptable then that will be how this site continues. Should it stay as it is then the only clear vision is the same toxic, unhealthy, and unwelcoming environment that tengaged was. Sin, I know you don’t want to engage with this type of situation as you’ve stated before and with the addition of more mods, however this is something that only you have the power to stop. The sooner you make this website safer for the majority of users, the better the future outcome will be.

That if you attack someone and they run away, you should gain a small % of health. Attacking someone is already risky because they can shoot arrows at you and use other items to hurt your health. Then having them run away with you not gaining anything back kinda makes attacking people a chore and something that people will not want to do sin

None of us (to my knowledge) have said anything mean or personal against you. I told you that I was voting you out because I felt that you were a jury threat. I never told you to "get good" or anything like this. You may wear your heart on your sleeve, but getting upset to such a degree, being flat out mean to people who were your friends and allies, then immediately blocking them without even trying to hear them out might be a major reason as to why you're getting so upset. You're not allowing yourself to even talk or listen to other people. You're inventing, concocting, and getting upset over things that didn't happen.
