release notes say there’s a purge twist added in arenas but…… what is that

Life classy as always
when the purge happens, my basement gushes open and floods everyone in arena, putting their lives at risk.
everyone is nominated, lowest scorer gets elimed
one round theres no nominees and everyone is a nom and the person among the whole cast who does the worst is "purged"/eliminated!
