They're about to work on this new training grounds elo thing but honestly if you know the general gist of how to do each comp I'd practice in Arena. Race is still viable and should still be an option for you. If there's any comp you just don't know how to do I can answer prob :D
Don't feel discouraged because you didn't score as high as your partner, it's a team game and that's what people sign up for!
