Can someone explain transportation

mathematically it's bike: 1.15x score, taxi 1.3x score, train 1.5x score. transporting in stuff like deal or words should be avoided because those scores are gonna vary enough as is. many teams will over-spend on codebreaker because that comp has such a small window of variability that it's most likely gonna come down to who spends the least on transport that round. hope this helps girl i'm pretty bad at transport myself

Yes the short answer is that whoever scores higher should be transporting more because their transport will be more impactful. The long answer is you have to play a fuck ton of games with the entire cast and know how good each of them are in each comp and walk as much as you can and not being afraid to bike once or twice.
