well since you asked and you asked me to be honest... im fine... objectively fine.. but also kinda not? everythings ok on paper nothing is actually wrong yet something just feels slightly.... off. i cant explain. not bad enough to complain but also not good enough to ignore. one of those weird like in between moods where im just functioning, laughing replying 'all good' to anyone who asks how i am. but internally im like 'hmm am i missing something or am i just existing'. but yeah fine. im fine.
Lewis This totally makes sense & is why i love prompts like this! I definitely have days where I'm just like.... here. Sending you great vibes and hopefully you will get some clarity! Something that always helps me when I'm feeling meh is to implement the PISS method into my day (it was originally called SIPS like you're sipping from a cup but i liked piss better haha), where you try to do something Physical, Intellectual, Spiritual, & Social - and if I am specifically focused on 1 thing from those areas i always feel like I'm growing as a person.
