after being on them for 4 years. It's so weird because when you're on them you don't realise the emotional blunting. I would watch the saddest shows and feel nothing. I didnt think it was the meds though I just thought I was a cold bitch, and you dont really realise it until you come off them. Now coming off them I'm starting to feel things again, like I'm watching that gay hockey show and I'm crying at the most random scenes. One of them would bust a nut and I would be on the floor sobbing... tf

Im feeling optimistic on my new medication (Caplyta) for depression but Im curious to see how it affects my mood. I just have been bed rotting for months since being off of Wellbutrin so I knew something needed to change.
I’ve been off lexapro (for anxiety) since the 2nd (just cause I ran out lol) after taking them for like 8 years. I’ve been feeling fine so I’m going to talk to my doctor about stopping them next time I see him :D
I wish I could come off them but every time I try I have a breakdown so yes I'm just an emotionless bitch 😂
