But I feel like calling someone weirdo, while not NICE, is basically harmless and a pretty general comment, not personal in that it could refer to anyone. Any person can be a weirdo sometimes.
I feel like old cat lady desperate for attention online she won't get in real life is pretty specific and personal though.
Am I correct, or incorrect?
